Browser Line must be used lawfully and carefully. Misuse of the service is the responsibility of the person or account that misuses it.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Use Browser Line responsibly

Browser Line is built for legitimate calls to real phone numbers, such as banks, airlines, embassies, family, customer support, and business contacts.

Every user is responsible for how they use the service. You should only call people, organizations, or numbers when you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so.

If someone misuses Browser Line, that user is responsible for their own conduct and any consequences that follow from that misuse.

Prohibited activity

You may not use Browser Line for fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, social engineering, harassment, threats, spam, robocalling, unlawful recording, or any illegal activity.

You may not misrepresent your identity, pretend to be another person or organization, or use caller identity features in a deceptive or unauthorized way.

You may not use Browser Line to bypass laws, regulations, carrier rules, platform restrictions, sanctions, or telecom compliance requirements.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the numbers you dial, the contacts you save, the caller identity information you provide, and the content and purpose of your calls.

Browser Line does not authorize, encourage, or accept responsibility for fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful use by individual users.

Use the service carefully. If you are unsure whether a call is allowed, lawful, or appropriate, do not place the call until you have confirmed that it is permitted.

Enforcement

We may monitor signals related to fraud, abuse, security, payment risk, route abuse, or service integrity where permitted by law and our privacy policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, calls, wallet access, caller identity features, numbers, or routes if we believe there is misuse, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or policy violation.

We may preserve and disclose information when required by law, legal process, telecom providers, payment partners, fraud prevention obligations, or safety and security needs.

No emergency or harmful use

Browser Line is not for emergency calls. Use official local emergency numbers or local phone services for urgent safety, medical, fire, police, or rescue needs.

Do not use Browser Line to cause harm, pressure, deceive, threaten, or exploit another person or organization.

Report misuse

If you believe Browser Line is being used for fraud, harassment, impersonation, scams, or other abuse, report it to Browser Line support with the relevant account, number, date, time, and details if available.

Reports help us investigate and protect the service, users, providers, and the people or organizations receiving calls.
